What temp should I roast my turkey to make it juicy?!

Question: We have a history of roasting dry turkey. Does lower temp helps?

Answers: We have a history of roasting dry turkey. Does lower temp helps?

Lower - 300 - 325 and well covered. Don't uncover it until you think it is done and then if you do, make sure the cover gets put back on tightly. Add a little bit of water to the bottom of the pan so there is steam in the roaster.

if you really want a juicy turkey, try deep frying it! yummy

165C in the ideal temperature.

roast it upside(breast side) down for an hour at 425...then flip it over and roast it for 1-2 1/2 hours at 325 (lenth of time depends on size of turkey) turkey is done when thigh temp is 175
