Can someone please translate this Malaysian donut recipe into English?!

Question: http://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuih_keria

I found this recipe but unfortunately I can't understand Malay language.

IF you have an even better Malaysian donut recipe, please kindly post the recipe here.

*thnaks but I am not looking for western donut (donut king type donuts with cinnamon) recipe; this is easy to find on the net*

thanks
Could someone please translate this?
OR
please post a Malaysian donut recipe (like the ones in this website)?

thanks
