mayo and lots of pepper.

My favorite is mayo., cranberry sauce and turkey all on one sandwich. That is what I will be having for breakfast this morning. Yummmm.

lettuce tomato red onion mayonaise on toasted rye or white bread. maybe a little salt and pepper as well. it tastes great cold.

Kentucky hot brown. Very yummy! See the recipe below.

I make it into a turkey salad.

Turkey....and bacon with a nice mayonnaise lightly heated in a tin foil wrap and garnished afterwords with a tomato slice or two. Sprinke with pepper.

I like dark meat on wheat bread with mayo and lettuce and thin sliced tomatoes if I have them.
Chopped turkey meat in heated gravy over toast is also good.
Don't forget the side of cranberry/orange sauce.

Wheat bread slices with mustard, catchup, a dash of horse radish, fresh ground black pepper, and two somewhat thick slices of breast meat! YUMMMMM!

A good sourdough, turkey breast, my homemade cranberry sauce, mayo and black pepper. YUM-YUM. That will be breakfast this morning.
