Where do i find heavy whipping cream in the grocery store? is it a refrigerated item?!

Question: im using it to make alfredo sauce

Answers: im using it to make alfredo sauce

Yes it is in the dairy section, but can be hard to find at times. Sometimes it is by the Soy Products and other times it is by the Half & Half. I have seen it by the Chocolate Milk.

I would suggest to save yourself a whold lot of time if it is a large supermarket, just ask someone when you first go into the store. Most people are happy to help you out.

BEB

Its right by the milk... Usually

Its by the milk and half and half in the refrigerated section.

dairy section, next to the half and half, egg nog, over from the milk, by the sour cream, riccata cheese, fetta cheese, the chocalate milk, located in the back of the store, next to the meat counter, and the juice section, down 3 coolers from the eggs.
If you see the bread rack, turn around and go the opposite way, as every store places bread as far away as they can from the milk to increase impulsive buying from their customers.

Yes, sometimes also called double cream. Next to the milk. And no, it's not creme fraiche, sour cream, or anything else :)

Freezer Section. it comes in a bowl type not a bottle that u squeeze out

ITs by milk

It's a dairy product so it will be with the milk. Good luck with the Alfredo sauce (you're going to need it).

Look in the refrigerator section at the grocery store

Heavy cream is usually by the milk. It will probably say, "Half and Half, or heavey cream" on the carton.
