OK, OK, I need help again. I like mac & cheese but I need a change. What do you suggest?!

Question: Italian Mac Recipe
2 boxes Mac & Cheese
1lb hamburger
1 small onion diced
1/2 green pepper diced
1 16oz can spaghetti sauce
1 package (2 cups) mozzarella
Make mac&cheese according to package directions. Brown hamburger, onion, and pepper. Drain and add spaghetti sauce. In a 9x13 baking dish layer hamburger mixture, then mac &cheese, then mozzarella. (I use a 1 cup measuring cup and spread it out evenly). End layers with a cheese layer. Everything is already cooked, so bake at 350 until cheese is as melted or browned as your family prefers.

nfd?

If you want to stick with mac & cheese, there are other varieties, such as white cheddar mac & cheese that are good. You can also substitute broccoli, cauliflower, or any other vegetable for the mac, or use a different sauce, like alfredo or tomato sauce.

If you are looking for something completely different, but easy to make, mix mayo and BBQ sauce together, and microwave some chicken nuggets to dip in it.

Tuna Casserole

Make the mac and cheese as usual. Add i can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can drained tuna. Mix well and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with crumbled potato chips and shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 oven until hot and top is browned. You can also add frozen peas and carrots, if you like.

Try Annie's all natural macaroni and cheese. There are a couple of different flavors. All are great!

put pepper on it! yummmmmmmmmmmmy

in the frozen food section there is a broccoli rice casserole that is pretty good

Switch up the cheese. Use provelone, mozerella, for a more grown-up mac n' cheese.

Try Ramen
it is quick and easy, and probably not any healthier than your mac and cheese...
a neat trick I learned from a nice Japanese friend,
drop an egg (raw) into the boiling water it will cook fully... (it gives your ramen a nice change and protein)

I think you'll like it.

Prepare a box of Mac & Cheese as usual. Brown 1 lb. of hamburger with salt & pepper. Drain the hamburger & add to the mac & cheese. Add a well drained can of diced tomatoes & some chili powder to taste. stir well & eat.

If you are making it from scratch with the layers of macaroni and grated cheese try sticking in a layer of tomatoes or some cooked ham (or both) as well.

Alright, it's simple. Just simply cook some ground beef and add it to your mac and cheese after draining it. (hamburger helper) Its yummy.

Homemade mac and cheese is easy to make and tastes way different than from a box. Cook your favorite noodles til they are al dente (not too soft, with a little bite still). Place in a glass 13x9 pan. Mix with shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese and bleu cheese crumbles. Bleu cheese may sound gross in mac and cheese but I promise you its not. Mix in a little milk to loosen up the cheese and bake at 350 til all the cheese is well melted. You should mix it after 15 minutes or so. And it will be delicious.
