Joy of Cooking has a wonderful Pot de Cream recipe!

And here is a similar:

Orange Chocolate Pot de Crèam
[edit]
Ingredients

* 8 ounces milk
* 3 ounces cream
* 4 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate
* 2 ounces of sugar
* 1 large egg
* 2 egg yolks
* Zest of one orange

[edit]
Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate over a Bain Marie.
2. Scald the milk and cream with the orange zest.
3. Whisk the eggs and sugar together.
4. Whisk the melted chocolate into the egg and sugar.
5. Temper the scalded milk into the chocolate mixture.
6. Strain the mixture into a large measuring cup.
7. Pour into ramekins.
8. Using a spoon remove the air bubbles.
9. Place into a baking or roasting pan.
10. Place into your oven.
11. Fill with water up to half way up the ramekin.
12. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit until the center is set. Check at about 15 minutes.
13. Take out of oven and let set, at least 10 minutes.
14. Chill overnight.

These are best served with crème Chantilly. For a fun touch, dust the rims of the ramekins with vanilla sugar just before adding the crème Chantilly.

Chocolate Mousse :)

Here's an easy recipe for Zabaione. Sounds like an elegant dessert putting the pudding in chocolate cups.
