Bring 4 cups of milk to a simmer and add 1 cup sugar until it dissolves. Then, add in the chocolate (cut up the pieces) and stir until it melts. Finally, whisk 4 eggs in a bowl and tempere with the hot milk. Add the eggs slowly to the rest of the hot milk, while whisking (do not let the liquid boil or you may get scrambles eggs!). Whisk the egg/milk mixtures until it thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.

Remove from the heat and pour in small bowls. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours.

You have the ingredients to make chocolate syrup.

To make pudding, you need to add gelatin to what you have.

Chocolate Cake. (Diabetic)
120 g Margarine.
2 t artificial sweetener.
1 C Wholemeal flour.
1 C White flour.
2 t Baking powder.
3 T Cocoa.
? t Baking Soda.
2 Eggs.
125g Unsweetened Natural Yoghurt.
? C Reduced fat milk.

Whip together the margarine and sweetener. Sift the dry ingredients together. Lightly beat the eggs with the yoghurt and milk.
Combine all ingredients together. Pour into a lined cake tin and cook for 30-40 minutes at 180C.

Cut into 16 pieces.
