Help how do i make choclate pudding this is what i have to work with.......?!

Rich, Easy, Old-Fashioned Chocolate Pudding
INGREDIENTS
* 2 cups cold fat-free half-and-half
* 1/4 cup cornstarch
* 1 (11.5 ounce) package Ghirardelli 60% cocoa bittersweet chocolate chips
* 3 fluid ounces Amaretto liqueur (or rum)
DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium saucepan, stir together 1 cup half and half and the cornstarch until smooth. Add remaining half and half. Over low heat, bring mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Remove from heat.
2. Put chocolate and Amaretto in a small bowl; microwave on high 20 seconds. Stir until chips are mostly melted.
3. Return milk to low heat. Add chocolate; stir continuously, scraping pan, until thick.
4. Cool. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding
INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 cup white sugar
* 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 3 tablespoons cornstarch
* 2 cups milk
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Whisk in milk a little at a time so the mixture does not have any dry lumps.
2. Place in the microwave, and cook for 3 minutes on high. Stir, then cook at 1 minute intervals, stirring between cooking times for 2 to 4 minutes, or until shiny and thick. Stir in vanilla.
3. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming, and chill in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
Take 1 egg, scramble it, put it in a bowl, put it in the microwave for 1 minute, take it out, put some milk and sugar in it,and mix it all together.Then melt the chocolate and put it in the egg stuff, mix and you're done!
