1 large tub of cool whip
1 sm tub cottage cheese
1 lg pack of jello mix flavor of your choice - I prefer strawberry
1 lg can crushed pineapple
Mix all ingredients and chill for a few hours. Delicious! I use less cottage cheese in mine as well.

Here's a good one
it's called Cola Chicken or Diet Coke Chicken
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 cup catsup
12 oz can diet cola
Put chicken in non-stick skillet. Pour catsup and diet cola over the top. Bring to boil.
Cover, reduce heat and cook for 45 minutes. Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken. It turns into the most
incredible BBQ sauce and it's only 4 weight watcher points per serving. Yummm!
I've never met ANYONE who didn't like it.
Stir fry 2 packages of your favorite frozen veggies (frozen veggies are cheaper and healthier since they are frozen at their peak ripeness rather than fresh which is picked before it is fully ripe) and a chopped onion and garlic.
Add a teaspoon of curry powder, juice from one lemon, salt, pepper, and a can of chopped tomatoes, mix in with the veggies and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
If you want some meat, removed the veggies once cooked and fry some diced chicken breasts.
Finally, stir in 2 cups of cooked brown rice with the veggies and chicken and cook for 5-10 minutes over low heat.
This is a cheap and healthy meal that can make many servings (8-10).
