bake the chicken with lote os seasonings, like Mrs Dash, cream real or boxed potatoes, have a salad or some early june peas. do not forget the rolls.

honey, you don't have to cook. seriously.

I have hired a professional chef to do the cooking for us in the kitchen so you can relax and enjoy wonderful meals with me and the kids.

but, if you insist on cooking your fantastic & delicious dishes of yours, i will certainly be very glad to enjoy it! thank you for your wonderful cooking and i will take care of the dishes and cleaning.

Rosemary and paprika goes great with chicken. Cook covered to help only in the juices. Then remove the cover and broil to brown the skin.

With chicken, I would roast red potatoes. Cut them in half and boil for 20 minutes to soften them. Then, marinate them in butter, garlic, oregano, and lemon juice (1 lemon per 3 potatoes) for 15 mintues. Bake in the oven at 400F for 30 minites, turning them once to make sure all sides are browned.

A fresh salad with a simple vinagrette is a refreshing side.

Maybe, also, roasted asparagus (coat in olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 375)

****You do not have to freeze the chicken, If you're going to need it the same day just put it in the refrigerator for the day or even overnight and it's delicious.

Here are Dump Chicken Recipes. Take the ingredients for the recipe, place in a one-gallon freezer bag, then add your chicken and freeze. Then thaw before you cook. You can use 4-8 pieces of chicken, pieces, or breasts and we always chose to use boneless and skinless. When cooking using boneless and skinless, only cook for 25-35 minutes or until no longer pink. When using full chicken pieces your cooking time will be around one hour. We always take the sauce and reduce it in a pan after the chicken is done, making some of the most DELICIOUS sauces!!! Enjoy!!!

Are they chickens or cornish game hens. Well, it doesn't matter but if you want more flavor put a half onion, half lemon, a sprig of rosemary in the cavity. Rub the chicken with olive oil or butter and season with salt and pepper.

Put the chicken in a roasting pan; cook in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours. You will know your chicken is cooked when the juices run clear (check by piecing between the leg and body). Also, you can check by moving the leg gently. If it moves freely, it is done.

Remove it from the oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.

As for side dishes, almost any green vegetable will do (green beans, peas, brocolli, brussell sprouts, etc.) or a green salad and either mashed potatoes (if you are going to make gravy) or rice.

Try cooking the rice in chicken broth instead of water (1 cup rice to 1-1/2 cups broth). When the rice is fully cooked (according to package directions) toss with a little minced parsley and serve.

Good luck and good cooking.
