Roast beef...help?!

Question: I have a beef oven roast. How do I cook it?

Answers: I have a beef oven roast. How do I cook it?

My recommendation would be to sear the outsides on the stove and then cook it at 200 degrees until the inner temperature reaches 130 degrees (about 45 minutes per pound ). That would give it a nice pinky color inside - medium rare. You can cook it at a higher temperature (to cook it faster) but it won't cook as evenly. Searing the outsides allows the meat to retain the juices.

turn it on to 350 and just add water and some onion potatoes carrots celery cook untill tender add water if neeeded

seal it in either a hot oven, or else in a frying pan, than roast it at about 200 degreese centigrades, than lower the temperature to 175 and keep roasting. till it is still moist, but well cooked from inside. make sure it is defrosted thoughrely before you start cooking.
