Reduce bitterness of Swiss Chard?!
I have a huge batch that I had par-boiled and frozen. Now its really very bitter and I'm afraid to use it!

cook slowly with a splash of lemon juice or vinegar.
whenever i have Swiss chard i steam it and eat it with vinegar so that would definitely mask the bitterness.
It may sound strange but I'd definitely give it a try its delicious!!
