I have a microwavable egg poacher. How do you use these?!

Question: I got mine from a thrift store and there were no directions. The unit holds to eggs. I need to know if I add oil to it or water and how long to cook these.

I have one also, and JW is right to a degree, I rub a bit of margarine or butter if you use it, a dab of water, seasonings and then crack your egg in the slots.

I also cook mine on a lower setting, say 50% for 1-2 minutes, and depending on your preference for a soft or hard cooked yolk, and your microwave has alot to do with it a 700 watt wil do a better job than a 1000 watt.

no just crack egg into it and slap it in

I personally have never used a microwave poacher to poach eggs, so I went searching for you and found...
