Do you like onion?
A really tasty salad is made of simply tuna fish, beans (usually large white, but any kind will do), sliced onion, olive oil, vinegar, and salt to taste.
More or less the proportions are:
1 20-oz can precooked beans
1/2 Bermuda onion (or more if you like it)
1 7-oz can of tuna packed in oil, drained
1/3 c olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
It's best if you can prepare it ahead of time, and chill it in the fridge to blend flavors, but it's good right away, too.
I also like to make up quick lunch salads by combining canned green beans, lentils, chick peas, etc. (one at a time or in combinations) with diced cheeses (lentils taste great with smoked cheeses), tomato, and sometimes onion, always drizzled with olive oil and a bit of vinegar.
In general, I improvise with whatever I have in the house, combining one or more vegetables/legumes with a source of protein: chopped hard-boiled eggs, cheese, tuna, cooked chicken, etc.
I also like cottage cheese mixed with chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh snipped chives, and dill weed.

i'm trying to eat healthy too at the moment so i'll give you a few of my own suggestions -
Wholeweat organic pasta with Cauldron veggie sausages (i'm in UK not sure if you can get them in other countries. I am a meat eater but i think these taste better than meat sausages as theyre made with yummy tofu and lots of herbs!!)
Chop sausages into pieces and fry with onions, red bell peppers and basil pesto,add salt and pepper. This is sooo good! You can always add some parmasan ontop too.. but i wouldnt go for cheddar if you want to be healthy!
Stir fry - made with chicken, tofu or king prawns.
Literally stir fry together one of the above with onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, beansprouts, soy sauce, chinese 5spice, honey and some crunchy peanut butter! Use Amoy straight-to-wok fresh noodles and bung them in with the stir fry. So quick and so yummy!
Tuna wrap - mix tuna, a little balsamic vinegar, red onion, and avocado, and some salt&pepper (mayo if you like but I wouldn't and if you do - low calorie), and sweetcorn if you fancy too. Put this in a wrap - a little squeeza of sweet chili is yummy in this if you like that kind of thing. And add some lettuce or rocket. MMmmm mmm.

How about a nice Lean cut pork chop, and some mashed potatoes and Pears or peaches.
healthy good food, and it will keep you filled up for a while, then you can eat lighter in the evening, and will lose some weight over time. Try eating a little more at noon or shortly into the afternoon.
Then eat a little lighter at night.
No sneaking late a night on cookies or ice cream either.
It will take 4-5 days for you stomache to ectept it, but then you will be set.
I bet you will lose 5-8 pounds the first month. Keep regular exercise also.
