Does melted cheese taste different?!

Question: Yes. When you break down the atoms in any kind of food it tastes different. The atoms rearrange themselves when heated, thus adjusting the levels of flavor.

hell yeah

yes melted cheese tastes better than normal cheese

Have you tried melting it and trying it? Maybe you should try it for your self?

well yeah, sometimes cheese gets totally off after it's melted... but that's only if you totally nuke it to death. I think if you melt it slowly it will be ok.. Maybe it will lose like... its sharpness... its bite. If you get what i mean.

yes when it melt's it takes on a creamy consistency, and almost is a little on the milder side.

it taste better (for my opinion) because it's warmer and melted Mmmmm

yes, only melted cheese for me..

The texture and the temperature is different. My experience is that the flavor is the same, but when melted, the flavor is enhanced, made more intense, but it is the same flavor.

On the other hand, you can change the flavor if you burn it. Not good or recommended.

Yes! they change a little! more stronger taste!

Yeah , its all gooey and oiley
