Any healthy/tasty suggestions for lunch??? Plzzzz!!?!


Question: Tuna Patty Sandwiches

Ingredients-
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 sandwich rolls, split


Preparation-
In a bowl, combine the egg, mustard, crumbs and tuna; mix well. Shape into four patties (mixture will be soft). In a skillet over medium heat, fry patties in oil on both sides until lightly browned. Place two patties on each roll.

Big salad chock full of vegetables
Salad with a protein (nuts, eggs, chicken)
Turkey or tuna wrap (less carbs then bread, usually)
Soup full of veggies and protein

Take a slice of bread and very lightly toast it.

Take it out and put a mixture of mayo and mustard followed by a handful of sunflower seeds. Place a row of sliced apple on top. Cover with a slice of cheddar cheese. Put back in the toaster until cheese melts.

I was unsure when I was first served this and now I cant stop eating them!!!
