Home made cheese sause:
In a saucepan melt 2 Tablespoons of butter or marg

add 2 heaped tablespoons of cornflour or standard flour more if neede depending on thickness of sauce you want the more flour the thicker the sause

Add 2 cups of milk stiring slowly to avoid it going lumpy

Heat on a moderate heat till boiling lower heat and simmer till sauce thickens

Remover saucepan from the heat add 1 cup of cheese stir till cheese melts.
