How do they apply the Anchor Butter to the pre-sliced Soreen?!

Question: It's always puzzled me.....i'd love to think there was 100's of knives and tubs of butter all automatically spreading it on in the factory!

It puzzles me to.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! Points!

sprayed and insta frozen

They will have a machine I personally like to cut my own nice & thick.Yummy

that's like asking how they get the caramel inside a caramilk bar....you could find out, but then "they'd" have to kill you.
just kidding
my assumption here is that it's softened butter put on the slices as it's going down the factory line and the butter is then spread by going under rollers.

ever seen the edward scissorhands cookie making scene? that would be a cool idea for spreading the butter on the bread...

Oooh, I had some of this today. My thinking though was why put such a high fat butter (nice as it is) on an otherwise healthy piece of cake?

Mine looked like it was a frozen slice put on and then the pieces were sandwiched together.
