yeah a combo of chicken n turkey or pork and beef or turkey and beef that one sounds the best!

We are having indian on christmas day ans neither of us likes turkey that much so we thought we would be a bit different this year as its just the two of us.

mixture of meat def Turkey!

Just a little bit of everthing always works our family are a nightmare :) x

A turkey and a Leg of lamb

tripe n onions

We are eating out and we are having fillet steak. Then on Boxing Day we will have turkey with all the trimmings.

Try a different Christmas this time with full of veg and fruit?

We are having lamb, we had it last year too and it was delicious! We will probably have pork as well and maybe a bit of turkey for those fussy traditional guests!!

rib of beef

egg chips beans simple but nice

We are torn between pheasant (we have one in our freezer) and lobster, which is plentiful where we live and is in season. We might even have both: brunch with lobster and then pheasant at dinner time. Now I feel greedy!

Whatever you do dont end up like SANTA`http://www.espartha.com/blog/wp-content/...

I usually have a prime rib dinner for Christmas. Some of my family likes to have mexican food. If you're bored try something different this year. One Christmas I may try fixing a goose.

Confederate Turkey i will have. I know your all going what the hell is Confederate Turkey Tank never heard of such a thing. well i will tell you its. a roasted dish. Sausage meat mixed with bread stuffing and it is super nice.

As I'm on my own, I usually cook something like a chicken or a duck with trimmings.

have something diffrent christmas is a rip off these days

A 3 bird roast
It's a goose stuffed with a duck stuffed with a pheasant and then stuffed with apricot stuffing.
Delicious.
A million times better than a turkey.

My husband and the rest of the family will have turkey crown, with all the trimmings, pigs in blankets, sausagemeat balls, stuffing, roast veg, yorks puds and so on.
I will have a Quorn fillet, with roast veg, stuffing, Yorks pud, but no meat. Works well for us......my husband cooks the meats and I cook the veg..Happy eating.

Freshly shot wild mallard duck.

Buffet, no cooking, no mess, no stress.

Crown Roast. Great taste and great presentation.

I always have traditional Turkey on Christmas Day and cook a Gammon Ham to have with cold Turkey Christmas Day night.

I am doing Turkey, Pork and Honey Roast Gammon. Mainly because I dont like turkey but everyone else does.

yes we eat goose or duck and it is quite tasty . I wish more ppl would eat goose or duck . good luck and god bless.

Try this. I make this once in a while. Make individual Rock Cornish game hens. Stuff them with wild rice. Um. My mother did it once, which is where I got the idea. Make a tres elegante presentation, too.

Roast young pheasant or partridge on Xmas Eve, goose on Xmas Day and a mix of beef, pork and baked ham for a cold buffet on Boxing Day. The trouble is there are only two of us - we should be ashamed of ourselves!

Try duck or goose
