What are those cookies called?!

Question: I am thinking of the long, narrow cookies that are crunchy and often used to make tirimisu?

Answers: I am thinking of the long, narrow cookies that are crunchy and often used to make tirimisu?

lady fingers

ladyfingers

And the final answer is...Ladyfingers! They do make the best tirimisu instead of Angel cake don't they?

They are Lady Fingers and can be found in most grocery stores.

Given the description of crunchy and used in tiramisu, the answer would have to be Savoiardi.
