Answers: I have to make a folder of recipes for my home ec class and I need to include the yield for each recipe. I want to use this chocolate chip cookies recipe, but the original recipe doesn't include the yield. Do you have any idea about how many cookies the following recipe will make?? Thanks so much!!

Looking at the amount of flour and rolled oats, I would guess that this recipe will make approximately 3 dozen fairly large (3 inch) cookies or perhaps 48 smaller cookies.
According to my recipe which is similar, it says approx 24 to 36 cookies, depending on size and if you use the nuts which are usually optional.
There ya go. Good luck!
I suppose it depends how big you make them.
I agree, if you make small ones you will get twice as many as if you make huge ones. It depends on size of cookies you make. Probably average 2-3 dozen
I would expect to get about 3 dozen, assuming you use a scant tablespoon of dough per cookie.
I would say 60 cookies or 5 dozen. I've used this recipe before. Easier to make and cookies are more uniform if ice cream scoop is used.
I would think a recipe like that would yield atleast 24 to 36
