okay the woman at the top is telling u to keep it in the fridge for a few days that is wack!
i workd at starbucks for a year and you never never do that!!!!
the fresher the coffee the better!

okay heres what you do

brew your coffee double strength
and how ever many cups of coffee you have put in half that amount of milk.
so say you have 12 cups of coffee you want to put the 12 cups in a pitcher and then put 6 cups of milk.
if you want iced you will have to cut the measurements down and i would suggest just putting it in the blender pitcher

depending on what you want you can do tons of different things.

once again if you want iced you take your coffee milk mixture and say you have 6 cups of coffee and 3 cups of milk you want to fill the blender halfway with ice and then add the mixture.

if you want a vanilla iced drink you can either put true vanilla bean in it which you would want to scrape the inside of 2 beans or about 2 tsp of vanilla extract

if you want chocolate i suggest buy the kind of choc. syrup that is made for ice cream not like the hersheys kind for milk. but if thats all you have then use that. and put however much if that you would like..

theres also tons of others if you want to know more email me

hope this helps

Keep your leftover coffee for a few days in the fridge, covered (what's left in the french press if you use it) to make about 3/4 c. or some strong brewed coffee equaling the same. Put about 2 teaspoons of sugar in it and bring it to a boil for about 3-5 minutes. Take it off the heat and add about 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract. You could also put in about 1 teaspoon of brandy in instead of the flavoring. Cool it in the fridge, covered, for about an hour. When ready to serve, put a hefty scoop of vanilla ice cream in a tall goblet and pour the coffee over it. Top off with some sweetened whipped cream and a dusting of either cinnamon, cardamom, or cocoa powder. Nice and easy, don't douse it. Serve it sitting on a saucer with a small cookie on the side.

This is an old French recipe from the early 1900's when ice cream was first introduced. If you've ever been to Europe, you will find that even simple drinks are served with much reverence and dignity. This one deserves it as well.

Enjoy.
