Coconut / chocolate Truffles? question?!

Question: I was making chocolate truffles today at school..
we melted chocolate, added butter, icing sugar and cake crumbs.. then put it in the fridge.
It went hard, then we rolled it into balls, covered it in chocolate / coconut sprinkles and then put it on greaseproof paper.

I am not sure what the teachers did with the truffles after that.
They put the greaseproof paper on a baking tray by the way..

did they cook them? or put them in the fridge?

please, help,. cos i really wanna make these truffles at home. xx

After the chocolate is hardened, the truffles are done! After they are dipped, depending on the chocolate, you can let them harden on a counter top or in the fridge.
Truffles are so good! : )

No cooking, they went into the fridge.
