Answers: Also refered to as chicken parmesan, a delicacy in the Northeastern part of England. It is basically oven cooked breaded chicken breast covered in bechemal sauce and lots of cheese. The best parmo I have had so far is in a pub called the Tree Bridge in Great Ayton :)
Many times, but not lately! Sounds good in a Bechemal.
All the Chicken Parmesan I've ever had has baked with Marinara and melted cheese.
I should try that!
