12 oz. bag egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 - 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
24 oz. cottage cheese
16 oz. sour cream
4 oz. shredded mozzarella
Brown ground beef and drain if necessary. Cook egg noodles until just done; drain. Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and ground beef. In a 9 x 13 pan, spread a layer of spaghetti sauce. Spread a layer of beef/noodle mixture.
Alternate until all ingredients are used, ending with sauce layer. Top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 until heated through, about 45 min. to 1 hr. I usually uncover the last 10 minutes.

Instead of lasagna noodles, use cooked ravioli. This eliminates the need to spread ricotta cheese which saves times and trouble. The first one is the easiest choice, the 2nd is a little more nutritious because of the spinach, and the 3rd uses some ground meat in the dish.

it's not all that easy, easy for me who makes it alot and makes a mess how about in the frozen food section.
even if yoo use no boil lasagna, jar sauce, etc... there's still a bit of work to it.
Use Barilla Pasta and sauce. Follow those directions and you will be fine. Barilla is the best pasta in my opinion. What ever recipe you use, please use real cheeses like Ricotta and Mozz, and Parm. Let it sit for a bit before you cut into it so it can rest.
EASY LASAGNA
1 kg minced beef
1 large jar italian sauce (like Raguletto)
1 can condensed tomatoe soup
1/2 can water (from soup)
2 pkts cheese sauce (that you mix with boiling water)
1 -2 Pkts Lasagna sheets
In non stick frypan brown meat, then add soup, italian sauce and water. Bring to boil and simmer 10 mins stirring occasionally. In mean time make up cheese sauce according to packet instructions.
Pour some of meat sauce into baking dish just enough to cover base. Cover with lasagna sheets and repeat till you finish with sauce. Pour over prepared cheese sauce, at this stage you can also sprinkle some grated cheese if desired. Bake in mod. oven 180C or 350F till light golden brown. (about 30-40 mins.)
