How do you make garlic mayonaise?!

Yields: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
6-10 peeled garlic cloves
1 tablespoon cold water
The juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks
2 cups olive oil
Combine the garlic, water, lemon juice and salt in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
Add the egg yolks and continue to process until the yolks become frothy and much lighter in color.
With the machine running, begin to pour the olive oil through the feeder tube in a thin steady stream until all of the oil is incorporated into the a?oli.
Store the a?oli in a refrigerated and covered container for up to 3 days.

In my local kebab shop, they have a big bottle of Heinz mayonnaise and some garlic concentrate that they mix together.

Cook the garlic (boiled, baked or fried)
make into mash (with cheese grater or chop it with a knife)
stir in the mayo
easiest way.. go to supermarket and get garlic POWDER... then just mix it with mayonaise, used to have it alll the time with plane doritos whilst watching films!
Mix garlic puree with some mayonaise, or you can buy it already made in most supermarkets.

I'd agree with some of the others - the best way to make it is to use ready made mayo and add crushed garlic - don't add too much garlic though as it could be a bit bitter. When I make it I like to also add lost of freshly chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.

********Roasted Red Onion Mayo:
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
On a small rimmed baking sheet, toss the red onion, olive oil, salt and pepper together. Roast in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the onion is very soft, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and let cool. Transfer to a food processor and buzz until finely chopped. Add the mayo and pulse until smooth and combined.
