A cheese sandwich. Two pieces of bread, with two slice of cheese in between. A bit of butter in a pan. Brown on both sides. Cut into 4 small pieces, and you have your snack.

as random as that was, id say cashews, popcorn or a finely roasted cedar plank salmon with a butter reduction and berry sauce
grilled cheese and cheese! that's what i call this snack..
it's made of bread with butter and cheese and then grilled but not too much, just to make it hot.. best served with a strawberry float..

Cheese and crackers
Well that depends on how hungry you are. You can eat a bagel with your favorite topping, fruit, a bowel of cereal, sandwich (turkey sausage w/egg and cheese on wheat is what I have a taste for), cheese and crackers (sharp cheddar), or a salad. Oh yeah and I don't mean fix all those things at once greedy. But if you do invite me over because I'm hungry :-)
Smoothie - whatever fruit you have around, some yoghurt or milk or icecream, a few ice cubes. Add an egg if you want some protein. Jam if you don't have fruit.
