Answers: a little over 3/4 a cup

I don't know

1 cup is 8oz. 7 would be just between 3/4c and 1c.

1 cup is 8oz. so either measure 7 fluid oz in a measuring jug or just less than a cup and over 3/4

8 0z are in a cup. so you would a little less then one cup about 3/4 of a cup,

Seven fluid ounces (like water) or seven "weight" ounces (like flour)?

I would clarify what the recipe wants, fluid or weight. For something light like marshmallow creme it could be vastly different!

Example:
What weighs more, eight ounces of feathers or eight ounces of lead?
Neither.
If you fill an eight ounce fluid measure with feathers and lead, guess which one will be heavier!

There are 8 oz in a cup but, then, if you had a measuring cup you would know that. I would suggest you get some basic tools before you start cooking.
