If you have sweetened condensed milk you can make fudge...
14oz can s.c.milk
1.5 bags choc
vanill and 1 T of butter....
Put everything in a heavy bottomed sauce pan...heat on low til everything is melted pour into any greased container (Plastic works best) cool for about two hours.
You can add peanut butter, nuts, dried fruit etc...To use white choc use 2.5 bags....
Just add sugar to water.
Hay it only takes a few ingredients to make some Good Fudge:
Here is how my momma showed me. into a 2 quart pot off the stove add 2 cups granulated sugar,1/3 cup of Hershey cocoa,2/3 cup of half and half, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and you stir. put that on top of the stove medium heat and stir, stir, stir. for about fifteen minutes. The idea is you drop a small amount into ice water and it balls up on the bottom. When it reaches that stage you remove it from the heat and add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and you set the pot into the kitchen sink filled with ice water and you stir, stir, stir, for about 15 more minutes. when that chocolate gets real shiny and start to cool down then it get harder to stir, you ain't did yet, keep stirring, stir some more, change the water if it get hot you need COLD water.when it gets right you pour it into a cold buttered dish and put it into the ice box let it setup then cut into squares. when it is right ,that fudge will get a sugary glaze on the outside and have a slightly sandy type taste on your tongue. the whole process from start to finish take about 35 minutes. That fudge will not need to be refrigerated. In fact it will be more better if it is left in a nice cool place hidden safely away from little hands. hee hee
Well if you have milk, eggs, flour you can make crepes and put chocolate in it or powder sugar.. you make the crepes by mixing milk and one egg first and then add flour.
1 egg per person
1/2 cup flourper person
1/2 cup milk per person
Make pancakes beforehand and fill them with chocolate mousse...
When lad gets home, simply warm pancakes and fill.
Roll and serve
