Need a buffalo wing recipe!!!!!?!

Question: ok im looking for a specific recipe, ive had it a lot of restraunts in phoenix.the wings are skinless.and the sauce i have no idea whats in it.ok im gonna attempt to describe the sauce.its a reddish, orangish collor, its pretty tangy and there isnt a lot of sauce on the wings they are pretty dry considering how strong the flavor is.i dont think it uses tabasco or franks hot sauce(but not sure)because the buffalo sauce doesnt taste like a hot sauce.also its not sweet.i know im pretty vague any help would be appreciated.oh and the place i ate them at is called red devils pizza.

i worked in a restaurant that had buffalo strips and the sauce was delicious. We used durkee hot sauce and a liquid butter alternative, i think wesson oil makes it, called savory. We used 1 part hot sauce to 2-3 parts savory. It is a reddish orange color when mixed.
