I'm looking for a AWESOME fajata recipe....?!

Question: There is a Mexican Restruant here in Cincy that serves the VERY BEST fajatas, I would love to make them. I've looked on various websites for a good recipe and have tried many... still nothing. The juices and spices are not from a powder package or anything like that, these fajatas that I'm talking about is more like a natural meat/spice flavor. Any ideas are greatly appreciated

When I make them, I use chicken, and I marinate it in this:
1 tablespoon Worchestershire
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon pepper-infused oil
1 tablespoon garlic flavored red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 dash Cholula hot sauce

Slice 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strips and put in a ziploc bag with the marinade and squeeze out all the air.

I let it sit for about an hour, then put the chicken and the marinade in a skillet and cook it.

Meanwhile, slice some onions, mushrooms, and peppers and sautee them in another pan with some butter.

I also mash up some avocado with some kosher salt as a guacamole, and I put sour cream and diced tomatoes in them, as well.

Heat up the tortillas according to the directions on the package, fill 'em up, and chow down.

It is wonderful.

I think you mean fajita.

Just throw all your veggies and meat in a skillet with some cayenne, fresh garlic and liquid smoke. Very simple and good. :)

TRY A DIFF MEAT , VENISON , OR BELEIVE IT OR NOT , SNAPPING TURTLE , BETTER THAN ANY BEEF OR CHIX OR EVEN PORK
