I've always used epicurious.com's Advanced Search, or cookinglight.com. You'd never guess they're low fat. And just watch your portions. :)

best place............................GOOGLE

There are lots of recipies on the reynolds wrap (yes like the tin foil) website and also on www.foodtv.com.

Subscribe to Weight Watchers Magazine. They also have books on low fat recipes. I find good ones just going to google.

check out the weight-watchers site. i joined weight watchers 3 months ago after having a baby and i,m 3pounds away from loosing a stone. set yourself a goal and try keep to it. it worked for me

allrecipes.com, they are great! you can search by different categories such as healthy, breakfast, lunch, sides and so on. Best part is most of the recipes have a nutrition label and user reviews to let you know how the recipe worked out and/or how to make it better. Allrecipes.com is my bible when it comes to cooking for my family. And congrats on your wedding!

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! There is a healthy cooking section on www.foodnetwork.com and you can get recipes for free from www.weightwatchers.com. Consider keeping a small notepad with you and everyday write down what you eat, the amount and the time. This can give you and idea if you get the munchies mid-morning or an energy slump in the afternoon. As you review this information you can further change what and how you eat to make sure your food choices are making you healthier not just to look better.
With so much going on with the wedding you don't need more stress but after you have had time to settle into life as a newlywed go to your physician and ask to have a complete physical. This will let you know that all your hard work is a success and you're headed to a healthier new you with every bite you take. Best of luck with all this.

search at yahoo search lor

Try allrecipes.com

That's my FAVORITE site in the world! For anything/everything :)

Hey cupcake!

I'm currently doing a low carb diet...just started 4 days ago and I've already dropped--8 lbs! As long as you can get through the h3llish withdraws you'll be fine. I already have a ton more energy--I'm shotting for a 14 for the Wedding.:)

Hi Chesney,
