Hummus and toasted pita chips (best if both are home made, but store bought hummus is okay if you read the label. You can toast your own pita bread for the chips and it is WAY healthier)

Veggie platter w/dip made from low fat sour cream, mayo, and powdered salad dressing mix.

organic low salt chips n' salsa (even better: Home made tortilla chips and home made salsa)

air popped pop corn w/garlic salt

Oat muffins w/blueberries or cranberry orange

Granola (check labels!)

Soycream/Ricecream sundaes or shakes.

Smoothies

you have got to check out foodnetwork.com they have any recipe you need!!!!

Air popped popcorn with parmesan cheese!

Buy some Fiber One Cereal and a bag of chocolate chips. Melt the chips and mix with one of the sleeves of fiber one (two come in the box). Drop on wax paper and cool. Super easy and actually healthy.

smores,hot dogs,fruitsalad,mac n cheese,cury buy thesethings at wallmart

Some healthy snacks are snacks with fruits or vegies

Here are some ideas:

1.Fruit skewered on a stick with a dark chocolate for dipping Fruit has a variety of antioxidants to fight cancer and heart disease. Dark chocolate has a high concentration of flavinols, a type of antioxidant, to fight heart disease.

What you do for this..is you get skewers and put fruit (or anything) on them. Then you can shower it with dark chocolate OR dip it in dark chocolate.

2. Half of a cantaloupe filled with fat free cottage cheese, a dash of cinnamon and some berries The cantaloupe and berries have antioxidants, and the fat-free cottage cheese fulfills a serving of dairy without the saturated fat.

Cut pieces of cantaloupe and top them with the cottage cheese. Then add a dash of cinnamon on the top and berries (if you wish).

3.Fat-free yogurt with fruit and a sprinkle of nuts Get another serving of dairy without saturated fat as well as antioxidants from fruit and unsaturated fat from the nuts.

First you get any type of healthy yogurt suitable for you. Then get some nuts and sprinkle them on the yogurt. Mix if you wish.
