dredge your steak in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. I use alittle garlic power and crushed red pepper flakes. brown both sides in an iron skillet and then sprinkle some of the seasoned flour over the steak. cover with water or beef broth. cover and bake at 300 degrees for an hour. it will make gravy as it cooks. I make it like this all the time. the longer you can let it bake the bettter it will be.
