Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie Recipe?!


Question: I have 1 kiwi, tons of strawberries (frozen), and 2 bananas. Also orange juice. I do not have frozen yogurt. I want to make myself a smoothie for breakfast so just one serving. Thank you!

Put in about 7 strawberries and your kiwi. You can add orange juice and a banana if you want but I would add milk. I ALWAYS make smoothies and never go my a recipe!

STRAWBERRY KIWI SMOOTHIE WITH EQUAL

52% calorie reduction from traditional recipe.

1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
4 medium size kiwi, peeled, chopped
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup Equal? Spoonful*
2 cups unsweetened frozen strawberries

Place all ingredients except strawberries in blender container; cover. Puree until smooth. Add strawberries and puree until smooth. Serve immediately in tall glasses.

Makes 4 servings.

* May substitute 12 packets Equal sweetener.



i know you said 1 serving so i would just cut it in half and then only use half of what you make...instead of the lowfat yogurt ive used milk

Kiwi strawberry. smoothie is really bitter but if you're up for it peel one kiwi cut it in half and put in about 3-5 strawberries cut in half, some mile depending on you and about a tablespoon on condensed milk or 2 tablespoons of sugar to suit your taste. enjoy!

Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients-
1 banana
6 strawberries
1 kiwi
1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
3/4 cup pineapple and orange juice blend

Preparation-
Place the banana, strawberries, kiwi, vanilla frozen yogurt, and pineapple and orange juice blend in a blender. Blend until smooth.
