Answers: My mom used to make it. It was GOOD!

I know! I made that last night actually!

Cook a bunch of rice...usually 2 cups when uncooked so maybe 4?

12 strips of bacon. Cook them 3/4 of how you like your bacon. Dump out half the grease (NOT DOWN THE DRAIN!)
Put pan with grease back, add 1/4 chopped onion, 2 diced slices of celery, handful of grated carrots. simmer for a bit. add bacon back to mix. fry a bit more. add all rice. simmer stirring oftern. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper as needed.
(I also like jalopeno juice too)
whip 3 eggs. When rice is desired color, make hole in rice and dump eggs on pan. cook egg mix slowly into rice mixture.

Really easy...really good!

remember though...you need to let your rice get cold or sit a while...cant use freshly cooked rice or it'll be a sticky mess

well here is a recipe for fried rice that you can incorporate bacon into.

cooked rice (cold is best) japanese/korean style is ok long grain is fine as well

Onion (diced)
Carrots (finely diced)
Frozen peas
Bacon (cut into small pieces)
garlic crushed
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
eggs (1 to as many as you want)
salt pepper

In a frypan or wok

brown bacon and onions and garlic and carrots. (med heat)
cook until onions start to go slightly clear. drain excess bacon grease (i use a paper towel to soak up grease, be CAREFUL)

Turn heat to high. add rice.
fully incorporte rice and add sesame (be careful, a little goes a long way) and soy (to taste). add peas.
salt and pepper to taste.

at the very end crack eggs and continue to toss throughout until eggs are cooked and fully incorporated.

this fried rice will not be like brown chinese style fried rice and will have a slightly more sublte flavor. good luck. cooking time is about a total of 10 minutes.
