Chicken breast a little frozen in the middle how much extra time should i cook it for?!


Question: i was defrosting some chicken breast but it taking too long if the directions say cook it for 35 min how much time should i leave it for its about half frozen

I always cook my chicken breast still a little bit frozen so it isn't so dry. Cook it for an extra 10 minutes and then let it sit for another 5 after cooking it.

just keep an eye on it and cook it like if it was frozen

til it isn't pink in the middle

cover it and let it cook for 20 more minutes, dont get sick off of it.

Try nuking it in the microwave for a minute.. then cook like usual. It should be the same time about 45-50 minutes.

I would cook it until the juices runs clear.
