13x9 casserole pan. What should I make?!


Question: I have an aluminum pan left over from Thankgiving, don't want to waste it, or store it. So i'm looking for ideas for dinner tonight. Please no lasana or ziti recipes;) Thanx in advance!

Cook 4 chicken breast, cube or shred them up
1 bag cheddar cheese---leave about 1/2 cup out
1 large can cream of chicken soup
1 bag wide egg noodles, cooked

Mix ingredients together, put n pan sprinkle with remaining cheese, cook in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes...serve with salad or bread. Enjoy

Corned Beef Brunch Casserole

10 slices rye bread
3 cups cooked, shredded corned beef
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 ounces)
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cut rye bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Grease a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish; arrange bread cubes over bottom of dish. Layer shredded meat over bread cubes; sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and pepper together in a medium bowl until well blended.

Pour over the cheese layer. Cover baking dish with foil; refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°. Bake covered for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for 8 to 10 minutes more, or until bubbly and puffed. Serves 6.

MAIN DISH CASSEROLE
1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked & drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can sliced carrots, drained or 1 lb. fresh cooked carrots
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 recipe Bisquick or Jiffy mix biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir first 6 ingredients together and place in a large casserole. Cook covered for approximately 25 minutes. Mix biscuits and spoon on top of casserole. Bake uncovered approximately 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.

Make a big pan of Shepard's/ Cottage Pie.


Cottage Pie

2 lbs ground beef
1 tablespoon oil
2 onions (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup beef stock or bouillon
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon sage
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
5 medium potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tablespoon butter or bacon fat
salt and pepper
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Brown the beef in oil.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Drain most of the accumulated fat from the pan. Sauté onions until tender, and then add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add broth and stir in herbs and seasonings.
Return brown meat to skillet and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Transfer all ingredients to an ovenproof casserole.
Top with mashed potatoes (scoring them with a fork.) Dot with butter and bake uncovered in 375-degree oven for 30-40 minutes
