I just ate moldy Parmesan cheese. I didn't realize it at the time. Am I going to get sick?!

Question: No, you won't get sick; a little bit of mold won't hurt you, especially the type which grows on cheeses. When cheese is cured, mold grows naturally on them. It's even encouraged in many kinds of cheese, like roquefort, bleu and gorgonzola.

hmmm...
i think you will get sick you should try taking some kind of stomach flu medicine...
or go to a doctor..

Cheese is a form of mold, you should be fine.

noo im sure you'll
be fine. unless you ate like
tons & tons. i've done it before
(on accident haha) and i was
just fine. so i wouldnt worry about it.! =)

You'll be fine, all cheese has an amount of beneficial mold on or in it.......the rind on Brie is a form of mold, and I eat it all the time and have never had any ill effects from it (except the fat and calories from the delicious Brie, yum!!!) If you've ever eaten blue cheese, you can see the mold on it......next time, just cut off the moldy bits and use the cheese as you normally would......Enjoy!!!

Dang. Wish you could have got to me on time. Nope. Yer gonna die now. The only cure is to chase moldy cheese with some salad dressing. Can I have your knives?
