When i make almond bar cookies how do i store them so they stay hard and not get soft?!

Question: sounds crazy but a just wrapped air tight container will do the trick.. they wont get soft and still stay firm.. if they ever go a little hard give them a quick zap in the microwave to bring them back.

I`m just making an educated guess, but maybe the freezer would work? The air is dry in there as long as you don`t mind very clod cookies.Otherwise maybe a ziplock bag cracked opened a bit?Hope I helped.

a paper bag inside a plastic bag you dont want moisture and freezing would damage the cookie
