What are things you can make with gound turkey?!
Answers: my local grocery store always has ground turkey on sale and im not sure what i can make with it.. any ideas..

Ground Turkey Shepherds Pie Recipe
This is an easy meal and is good with hot sauce (chaloula preferably).
Prep:20m Cook:15m Servings:8
Ingredients
4 large potatoes
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 slices of bacon - cut up
2 lbs ground turkey
2 onions - chopped
1-2 c small frozen veggies (carrots, corn, beans, etc)
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp poultry seasoning
2/3 c cream or half and half
1 large beaten egg
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
Directions
Cook potatoes until tender:
Meanwhile add olive oil to a pan and cook bacon until crisp.
Add turkey - salt and pepper cook until almost browned & push to side
Add onions and salt & pepper cook for 3-4 min
Add desierd amount of veggies
Add worcestershire, poultry seasoning, cayenne pepper.
Cook for 6-7 minutes more or until veggies are tender.
Pour mixture in 9x 13 baking dish
Drain and mash potatoes.
Add cream, egg, butter, and s&p.
Mix together (will be slightly lumpy).
Top meat mixture with potatoes.
Broil until golden brown.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Serve with hot sauce.

ground turkey recipes
1 pound ground turkey or beef
1 large onion chopped
1 large green bell pepper chopped
2 each serrano chiles minced, optional
1 clove garlic minced
1 can refried beans
1 can green chili peppers chopped
3/4 cup picante sauce
1 teaspoon cumin ground
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
8 each flour tortillas
Directions
Brown the turkey with onion, peppers and garlic.
Drain excess fat.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes.
Let cool a bit so the mixture is a little firmer.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave or individually in a frying
pan to soften.
Put a big spoonful in the center of each tortilla, top with some
cheese, and wrap, folding the ends within.
Optional additions:black beans, corn, more chiles, rice,
whatever you like.

1 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion chopped
4 ounces mushrooms, canned drained, sliced
1 clove garlic minced, or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
6 ounces tomato paste
1/2 cup cooking wine white
1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pickling spices
4 whole peppercorns
Cream Sauce with Yogurt
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon flour, all-purpose
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
1 each egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup yogurt, plain
1 dash nutmeg ground
Directions
Brown turkey and onion in skilllet over medium heat.
In Crock-Pot, combine turkey, onion, mushrooms, garlic,
tomato paste, cooking wine, parsley, and salt.
Tie pickling spices and pepperconrs ina cheesecloth bag or
tea ball.
Add to the Crock-Pot; cover and cook on Low 4 to 5 hours.
Remover spice bag.
Prepare Cream Sauce as directed below.
Spoon 1/4 cup turkey mixture into each taco shell.
Top with Cream Sauce.
Cream Sauce: In small saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and
salt.
Gradually add milk, stirring continuously.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Remove from heat.
In small bowl, combine egg, yogurt, and nutmeg.
Stir into hot mixture.
Return t o heat and cook over low heat for 1 minute, stirring
continuously.

I make taco's, meatloaf and turkey patties, just use the same recipes as ground beef.

Anything you can make with ground beef; just add Worcestershire sauce and a little black pepper and garlic.
ground turkey is a healthier way to make meals and can be used as a substitute for ground beef so it stands to reason that any meal that calls for ground beef you can use ground turkey instead, it does however take some getting use to as it has a different taste then beef.
Anything ground beef is used for -- though I prefer to do a 50/50 mix with beef, since I find ground turkey to be pretty bland, no matter how I spice it.
