What do you get weekly at the grocery store?!


Question: My grocery store usually consists of these and some other things:

Light Yoplait Yogurt
Kraft Live and Active Cheese
50% Lower Sugar Quaker Oatmeal
Kashi Go Lean! Cereal
Light Chocolate and Vanilla Soymilk
High-fibre, high-protein Wraps
Chicken Breasts
Nutrition and protein bars

I notice that weekly we get...
Yoplait kids yogurt
2% milk
Apple juice
Raisin bran cereal
Maple & Brown sugar oatmeal
2 ltr. bottle of Coke
Jif peanut butter

I don't need everything each week but I make sure I always have Bread milk cheese eggs fruit and vegetables. butter oil coffee sugar flour salt pepper icecream or yoghurt and shampoo ,soap, soap powder, toilet tissues and cleaners and a small stock of tin foods ie beetroot, soup, fruit, baked beans . and always some pasta and noodles then I usually buy a bit of chicken or fish on the day I'm going to eat it

Fresh Produce:
Bananas
Apples
Oranges
Lettuce
Tomato
Jalapeno Pepper
Broccoli or Cauliflower or Green beans

Other:
Fat Free/Lite salad dressing
Cereal for the kids
Chicken breasts (frozen prepackaged)
Milk
Cheese
Bread
Vanilla Yogurt
Canned Tuna
Crystal light juice mixes

Well, when my husband is working anyway, he takes that stuff in his lunch.
For the other food, I probably have enough to last a couple monthes.
I buy half a beef from a local farmer and keep it in the freezer about once a year or so.
