If I am making hot wings, I just deep fry them and then roll them in some warmed up Frank's Hot Sauce. . .But, a lot of times, I make Teriyaki wings. I take chicken wings and place them flat in a small pan (like a 13x9 shallow pan). Cook for about 30 minutes. Then pour some teriyaki, soy sauce and brown sugar all over the wings, so it's about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick in the pan. Cook for another 30 minutes, turn them over, and then a final 30 minutes. They are SO good. Everyone always asks me to bring them to parties, etc. But they are MESSY!

I like mine hot hot hot, I can't make them so good they always seems to fall apart. But I sure can eat a mess of them if someone else is making them.

I always roast them in a 200C oven.

I like to grill mine and make a sauce that consists of any type of hot sauce, chopped jalepeno peppers, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper, blended well together, and poured over the wings.

I like hot wings too. I bake mine and drench them in hot sauce. Or I can season them with black pepper, salt and ground hot pepper and them bake them.(YOU DON'T NEED ALOT OF GROUND PEPPER.)

Franks is the answer, although my cooking way is a little different. Try cooking them in oven til done but not overdone, then drop in a deep fryer to crisp them up and drench with Franks. Also take about 8 OZ of butter melted into a pint of Franks at a simmer instead of just franks for the sauce
and of course Bluecheese dressing for dipping and carrots and celery for pallet cleansing

Baking is healthiest.
