Of course you can, it 'matures' it. It'll taste better and have a better 'crumb' but you have to refrigerate in plastic wrap overnight.
Make sure you take it out to rest and rise and hour or two before sticking it in the oven!

You can leave it overnight. It's much better for the development of the yeast and will have a better taste and texture.

I think you can let it rise over night, it should be just. It has worked for me.

i actually prefer to leave dough overnight in the fridge.

It is better if you leave it the fridge overnight.And you can leave it in the freezer for about 2 months.The tops on the fridge is about a week.Good luck have fun

Put the dough in a plastic container with lid or else it will start to get hard overnight.
