What is the difference between soup and bisque?!
So, I hope that I can help you.
A bisque is simply a classification of a soup. It is used to describe a soup that has a base of fish stock. Other classifications of soups include clear (a clear unthickened stock based soup). Puree (a soup which has been pureed). Cream (a soup enriched with cream). Cold ( a chilled soup). Broth (hearty thickened soup with high proportion of garnish)
hope this helps
