How to prepare healthy versions of these???!

Question: I like to eat fast food a lot, and I want to get thinner. I heard that it was possible to prepare healthy versions of the foods you like, so I wondered how I could do these. The foods I like are:
Taco Bell (tandoori or something like that, dunno this kinda sandwich with thinly cut meat and extra spicy sauce)
McDonald's (french fries, not burgers)
Starbucks (coffee with all those frothy bits... yummy!)
Pizza Hut (a thick slice of pizza with pepperoni,pinapples... you name it, I'll eat it!)
You don't have to write an entire recipe if you don't want to. Just some suggestions please. Thanks.

Taco Bell: Not sure on the sandwich you are referring to what, use lean ground turkey and brown it with taco seasoning (you can buy packets in in the grocery store). Add fresh veggies and low fat sour cream. Wrap all this in 100% whole wheat tortillas.

McDonald's (french fries, not burgers): Cut the potatoes into thin fries and lightly coat them on canola oil. Bake them in the oven until brown cooked and browned.

Starbucks: This is a tough one since starbucks uses artifical flavoring. But, I use to make ice coffee with a cup of coffee mixed with with sugar free chocolate sauce and fat free milk. and a cup with ice (or no ice if you want it hot) You can top it with low fat whipped cream. It won't taste like Starbuck's, but it's still pretty good. You can use Splenda if you need extra sweetness.

Pizza Hut: Forget the thick slice...make the pizza thin crusted and use healthy toppings (like cooked chicken breast instead of pepperoni with low fat cheese. Don't pile the toppings on; just enough to make it taste great!

bake your french fries

order your starbucks with skim milk

order your pizza hut on thin crust

logon to www.topsecretrecipes.com to find clone versions of your favorite foods and substitute:

milk with skim milk
butter or fat with applesauce
frying with baking
eliminate the salt
smaller portions

good luck.

thin sliced/chipped potatoes sprayed with olive oil ,then baked in oven....season to taste.
Not sure about the others...But look for fat free products. plus most of the things that you are talking about are full of salt/additives. Best to change your eating habits really, altogether( none of it sounds good): If you dont want to cook for yourself, many supermarkets now sell healthy eatng ranges.

Pizza seasonings
More mozzarella cheese

Hope this helps :) good luck

To make healthier versions of these at home -
Taco Bell - use multi-grain or whole wheat tortillas, go easy on cheese and sour cream, use lean beef or chicken.
McD's - bake your fries instead of frying them, and use cayenne pepper or chili powder to spice them up, instead of salt.
Starbucks - ask for skim milk or use it when making it at home.
Pizza Hut - Pizza really isn't that bad for you (cooked tomatoes are loaded with anti-oxidants, which are wonderful!), just watch the toppings. To make at home look for thinner or whole wheat crusts, and then make sure you aren't loading on a bunch of fat and grease (no pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, bacon)...veggies are great, and ham is low in fat!
I hope that helps!
