What kind of salad would be good with a honey salad dressing?!

Question: I found a recipe for honey salad dressing, but I don't know what kind of salad would be good with it.
The recipe is;;
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp dry mustard
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp celery salt
* 1/2 cup melted honey
* 3 Tbsp lemon juice
* 1/4 cup vinegar

Spinach salad with strawberries

For spiced pecans:
1 cup pecans
1 egg white
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon water

For salad:
6 cups fresh spinach, washed and dried
2 cups strawberries, sliced (or any fruit desired for color)
3/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

Make spiced pecans. Beat egg white until very frothy, but not stiff. Add remaining ingredients, excluding pecans. Now add pecans and mix to coat. Spread pecans on baking sheet in single layer and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.

southwestern style chicken salad, with fried chicken, tortilla strips (fried), hard boiled egg, tomato, lettuce (iceberg and romaine), etc

I like to use sweeter dressings with bitter lettuce such as Romain or radicchio. They also are great with poultry meats.

Nice dressing! It might be nice on a salad of baby spinach, candied walnuts, goat cheese, and raisins.

Try over mixed greens with broccoli, shredded chicken, bacon, and sharp cheddar

Greens of your choice
Grilled Chicken (leave out for side salad)
Mandarin Oranges
Purple Onion
Toasted Almonds or Walnuts
Blue Cheese Crumbles
