Will it spoil the batter if i prepare it,keep it in the fridge overnight so that i could bake thm next morning!

Question: because i want to save cooking time for the next day

Answers: because i want to save cooking time for the next day

Actually, I prefer to do that with my chocolate chip cookie dough. It's much easier to handle when it's cold.

My mother-in-law used to make cookies and freeze them in Pringles cans. I never could figure out how she got them all to be exactly the same size. She cooled the dough and made the dough into balls before cooking it.

Chocolate chip cookie batter would be fine.

Other batters would not, such as pancake batter, or some cake batters- anything that would rise or puff in the fridge.

Most batters and doughs are fine left overnight in the fridge. I personally have had good luck with even pancake batter, I just have to stir it down some before I use it. This is a real time saver. My favorite is to make muffins this way.
