Although it all sounds good, it's NOT a balanced diet......I didn't see any veggies or fruits listed......This diet if loaded with fat and "empty" calories, and is very low in fiber, in fact the only fiber is from the canned beans.......you can, however still eat this diet if you make some slight changes to it:
Lower the fat content of things by subbing out turkey sausage for the sausages in the pigs in a blanket;
Spray a vegetable spay (like Pam) onto your tortillas for the tostadas and instead of frying them, bake them with the cooking spray to give them some crispiness.....
Sub out the ground beef in the homemade chili with white meat ground turkey and add beans (of your choice) and onions, green and red peppers, etc for a lower fat, higher fiber chili.......
Sub out sliced turkey (think: the deli) for the roast beef in the subs and use low fat cheese
Corn dogs and french fries??? Rethink this one completely......or limit it to one corn dog and a few fries and a big leafy green salad......with a low fat dressing.......
Soups: nutritious, satisfying, wholesome and warming especially this time of year.....just make sure you load up your soup with veggies, carrots, onions, celery and parsley (fresh)
You might want to try subbing out whenever you can.......eating healthy is a matter of choice, but in the end result, you'll see a difference......Enjoy!!!

Perhaps you may want to add some veggies and or a salad there and it should be alright, more green veggies and leafy veggies. :)
Your diet is extremely high in fat and sodium. You'll want to add some fresh fruits and vegetables to your menu and consider eating more poultry and fish.
Canned and prepared food items are very high in sodium, so you may want to prepare more items from scratch.
Good luck!
Well the only thing that can be somewhat healthy for you is the chicken soup...of course there might be something out there saying thats not healthy either...
Salsa is healthy for you and jello isnt so bad for you....canned beans are healthy and chilli isn't too bad for you....the other stuff I dunno...but its definately a quick and easy meal...
thats the problem with this country, all the good and easy and cheaper stuff is the fries and stuff like that, you go buy chicken breasts and they are like 8 bucks for a package....lol
Your menu this week sounds yummy though lol especially the chilli.
Don't mean to be rude but you will end up the size of a house if you continue to eat that rubbish .............. or perhaps you already are .......... then it doesn't make any difference.
You ought to try harder though especially if there are kids involved ..... ever though of a few vegetables ??
Wow you have the menu for the whole week I don't even know what I'm cooking tonight!!
Sorry, it's not healthy. Unless you're omitting information on how you're preparing- like oven-baked fries instead of regular french fries. Chicken chili could be very healthy. And if you use whole-grain noodles for the chicken noodle soup- that is a healthy option. Then, the canned beans- as long as they are not refried beans, that's a good option. Jello- especially sugar-free is good. And salsa is good- it's fat free. The other items are not so healthy.
you need more veggies and dairy
Yes and no.
It seems like you have lots of prepared and canned foods, which are usually high in sodium and fat. You do have some stuff that is good in there though. You should add more fruits and vegetables to your diet because that menu lacks that, which is important. Also maybe you can make lots of food Sunday night for the week to avoid all the processed dinners.
you should have a lot more vegetables (and fruits for that matter).
