What should I inject my pork tenderloin with?!

Question: I'm sick of blah pork tenderloin. We just got one of those nifty marinade injectors and I've got a few things that I could shoot my pork up with. What do you think would work the best?

I currently have on hand: teriyaki marinade, chiavettas sauce, bbq sauce, italian dressing, various mustards....or I could stop at the store if somebody's got a fabulous idea with something I don't already have in my fridge.

Thanks!

Don't inject it.

Rub it down with honey and mustard and put it in a baking dish and cover tightly and bake it @ 200-250 degrees for about 4-5 hours.

When done take a fork and pull the meat and add your favorite bbq sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's) along with some of the drippings and make some awesome bbq sandwiches.

Addition:

I do this every once in a while with a pork tenderloin. I actually have one I bought yesterday that will turn into a good pot of bbq very soon.

Don't add a lot of bbq sauce. just enough to color it and then add some of the drippings to make it moist!

I agree. I don't think anyone that submits a recipe deserves a thumbs down.

They have a cajun butter sauce in the condiment section. Very good stuff!!

Brown sugar, coke, and mustard makes a good combination for pork... You could also use maple syrup, which I do alot because my fiancee loves it

Blend brandy and the juice off a can of sliced peaches and use the injector to put this into your tenderloin!! I have done this with Boston Butts and it is just terriffic!!!

another way to do the pork is the new McCormick pork tenderloin bags they're Delicious
